MLM Constructive Criticism
You know how it is when someone says something, or comments on a post you’ve made or offers you ways to improve? And it just makes your day. It builds your confidence. It reinforces the knowledge that the path you are on is the right one.
Warren Veach did that for me. I asked a simple question on Betternetworker the other day: “Is $350K too much to
expect?” Warren answered my question, “Taking constructive criticism, learning from it and actually following up on it is essential to continued growth….. Not only did you learn from the critique, but you acted upon it!”
Warren took the time to dig deeper and read the post I had written with Jason Better’s critique on how to make my blog better: “Million $ advice from Jason Better.” He pointed out step by step where I had improved and noted there were still more improvements in the works and congratulated me on the same.
Warren’s comments drove me back to his profile to really get to know this guy who took the time to help me. Now I understood ! Warren is just that type of guy. He writes this about himself: “I wanted to portray a professional attitude in what I did. I knew that in order to be successful, I would have to exhibit a courteous, conscientious, and generally businesslike manner in the workplace. In this instance, the workplace was the internet, and any communications and relationships that came from it. I would have to be willing to follow a strict line of conduct as deserving of any profession and commit to helping others grow and prosper in their respective endeavors. An “Internet Professional”, if you will.”
He did it. He not only talks the talk, he walks the walk !
Warren made me feel good. He acknowledged my growth (something we all need), he communicated on the level I was at (Yes, I (you) can do that), he spoke to me as one professional to another.
I appreciate people like Warren. People who have helped me on my journey. People who contribute without an agenda, without expecting anything in return. People who truly enjoy watching and helping others become whatever they want to become.
Thank you Warren.
